all talks will be presented in the auditorium, which is located below the mitchell library reading room.
we have also booked the dixson room for all non-talk activities.
the easiest way to get in is through the macquarie street entrance. enter and go down the stairs, then walk forwards into the building until you reach the glasshouse:
the auditorium door can be entered through here.
go out of the glasshouse and head one floor up, then follow signs to the dixson room. we will lead people over there during breaks. there will also be volunteers to help you find the room.
there are information desks at both of the library's entrances where you can ask for directions to the auditorium.
turn up between 9:00 and 9:45am and present your eventbrite ticket code to be scanned. our friendly volunteers will check you in and give you a purplecon wristband!
after that, take a seat in the auditorium, and the opening ceremony will kick off at 10:00am.
yes! once you have your purple wristband, you can leave and re-enter.
